INTRODUCING THE TALKING POSTER
Talking posters are Interactive Printed Promoter Standees or Printed Posters placed at high traffic zones such as in-store, retail or anywhere in a mall. They are ready to sell your products and services at any time and in any environment throughout South Africa!
HOW DOES A TALKING POSTER WORK?
- Using this left image as an example – We have a 16mm material cut out standee of a life-size lady standing next to a large cell phone inside a mall environment.
- The standee comes built in with magic creating “WOW” technology to bring this traditional printed poster to life.
- As a shopper passes this poster, a motion sensor picks up a person walking passed and starts to play a sound clip. The shopper is greeted with a voice recording that plays a call to action message.
- The shopper is greeted and is told that they can touch any of the “touch points” on the poster to find out more information.
- The shoppers attention is grabbed. They are surprised and look around to see where the voice came from. They then interact with the poster and press 1 of the buttons such as “tap the screen” on the poster and this starts another sound clip of the lady talking about the phone displays specs.

Promoter Talking Poster with a real person. Great for many different promotions. Can welcome guests when they arrive in your store or just tell them about a current promotion or quick brand top of mind awareness. Can easily replace standard POS – Point of Sales Materials.. It makes standard POS material look out-dated!
CHARACTER TALKING POSTER
Promoter Talking Poster with cartoon character. Great for a kids product, or brand such as a cereal character. or fast food restaurant. Kids can see a life size character, interact with it, hear different voices and call to action messages.
PROMOTER TALKING POSTER WITH PRODUCT

TALKING WALL POSTER
This is a rectangle or square printed interactive poster that can be placed on a back wall The same interactive features can be built in like the other examples. Great for busy areas like a wall on a train station or inside a mall or restaurant or bathroom where there may not be space for a physical large standee to be placed on the floor area
TALKING POSTER TECHNICAL JARGON
- Our talking posters are made to be durable and long lasting against general environment ware and tare and can be cleaned down and sanitized by cleaning staff.
- Talking Posters are made to be easy to use, so in-store staffing do not need any technical knowledge or know how. We have a simple 3 step process to take the standee out of its packaging and get it ready for use.
- Talking Posters are plug and play, requiring 1 standard plug point.
- Talking Posters have a motion sensor that can be programmed to pick up movement of a passing physical shopper at any distance from nearby the poster such as as 20cm to 30cm to a very far distance such as many meters up to 10 meters distance. We use motion sensors that measure sound waves at a frequency too high for humans to hear. These motion sensors keep sending sound waves out and then wait for the sound to be reflected back and then calculate the change in distances, Our software can then detect instantly if an object comes into the way and triggers our system to start.
- We then use special conductive touch sensor buttons which are placed at the back of the Talking Poster and can sense and know where and when a person touches the front of the poster. Our standard Talking Posters come with up to 5 touch sensor buttons, However this amount can be fully customized per each Talking Poster’s requirements.
WE ALSO PROVIDE A DIGITAL VIRTUAL PRESENTER OPTION IN SOUTH AFRICA
Digital virtual presenters can be real human recordings, computer generated realistic human models or animating computer generated type robots.
